These Terms of Use apply to your purchase and use of ExamReal practice materials (the “Materials”), sold through examreal.net. By buying or using the Materials you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use them.
Each purchase gives one person access to a set of Oregon real estate exam practice tools: a study guide, a practice drill, and a timed practice exam for the license type you chose. Access lasts 60 days from the first time you open your access link after purchase. When the 60 days end, access closes, and you can buy a new window at any time.
Your purchase is a personal, non-transferable license to use the Materials for your own exam preparation. You agree not to:

There are no user accounts. Your access link is the key to your Materials, so keep it somewhere safe. Anyone with the link can use it. If you lose your link, email us at support@examreal.net from the address you used at checkout and we will do our best to help.
ExamReal is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced by PSI Services, the Oregon Real Estate Agency, or any state licensing board. The questions are practice questions written to follow published exam content outlines; they are not real exam questions, and the real exam may differ in content, format, and difficulty.
We work to keep the Materials accurate and current, but laws, rules, and exam requirements change. Check current requirements with the Oregon Real Estate Agency (oregon.gov/rea) and your exam provider before your exam. The Materials are for education only and are not legal advice. We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam.
Payments are processed by Stripe in U.S. dollars at the price shown at checkout. We do not see or store your card number. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
The Materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, ExamReal disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Materials is limited to the amount you paid for them. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.
We may update the Materials and these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its “last updated” date, is the one that applies. Changes do not affect the price you already paid or the length of access you already bought.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
